I do not agree w/ Luna's post in the slightest. Catching a Hakumen with a drive move is a deathwish. If you have time to stand block d6B, you have enough time to 6D the hell out of it. Otherwise, hold down-back and press 2D, its active on 1F and lasts for 7 frames. Yes, her drives can come in any order, but if you're holding down back there is only one you need to worry about. Thats not a real get of jail free card, but a Noel in drive is a very (VERY) scary thing to be against a blocking Haku. Its like Alex Valle says about Ryu in SF, if you have time to block a jump in - you have time to DP the jump in. I am very aware how ass her normals are and the hitbox issues they all have, but, I prefer to play Noel with some sense of safety - especially against characters (like Hakumen) who can take a good chunk of health away for free. BUT! We do agree that air super is godlike =3

That'd be hype. I'll have to keep you posted on if NJ/NY are showing up or not as the time comes. They all showed up last year so I don't think it'll be an issue. Plus they have no excuse since its basically in their back yards.

ECT was late May. I remember it was the 22 & 23rd because when were driving home the next day, it was my birthday haha

There's Summer Jam and East Coast Throwdown. Either of these can be a good time. What you really wanna keep an eye out for is if NY/NJ will be showing up or not because they are the hype and the best players pretty much. ECT is actually in NY and not far from NY so that stands the best chance to have the most people at it, imo.

I played Hobbs online in that room with you once. It did not end well for me... Forgot about that. Nas doesn't get to play BBCS much. I think he told me he doesn't even own the game currently. Not sure what's up with that. When he did have the game and we were starting off (around the time of Summer Jam) he was strong. He was more on the drive happy side of CS Noel play but he made it work well for him. I don't know if that's because people weren't familiar with CS drives or what but.. it worked. I'll be keeping an eye out for him at Winter Brawl in Feb. Hopefully he comes though. I'd be nice to have another Noel player there, even if we play her very differently.

In CS? Pretty much just you. I don't play online much and the closest Noel I've met at tourneys on the EC is Nas from Delaware. I've yet to meet BMoore or whatever his name is from MD.
