Depending on where Koro is, there really isn't really much you can do after SB Maragidyne and still get worthwhile damage besides DP > another super. SB Maragidyne combos are a S.Ken thing IMO, meter is much better spent elsewhere for normal ken.

Not sure if this was documented yet, but during the first few frames for Ken's throw, Koromaru's commands are reversed.

Adachi isn't pro-order DLC but first week purchase dlc right? I don't want to preorder it yet since there isn't any word on if the JP version is region locked yet.

Yes. Day 2 Rises and Shos are actually pulling off some sick stuff, Ken's the only who seems stuck on the "Auto combo into dog" mindset.

more DLC just confirmed, inb4 Nanako lmfao. Anyway glad to finally see some decent Ken play, looks a little bit more boring than I originally thought, seems like everyone is just auto comboing into that Kala-Nemi ender and finishing with a random Koro attack. I hope he turns out to be more fun as he develops.

My thoughts exactly. We'd probably see more Shadow play too if this were the case, but then again characters like S.Junpei might have their own tier above everyone. Also, when tier lists are actually made, are shadow counterparts going to factor into a character's placement or naw?

Derp, I'm blind. I went back and looked at it, a few seconds after Rise hit Ken with her Scan ability, she got Negative Penalty not ken.

I think she has two different scans? One inflicted Negative edge and the other one I'm not sure.

Ken looks like he came straight out of UniB with those xbox huge normals, but it looks like he has a lot of recovery on his normals. Whiffing his DP keeps him the air for an eternity and open for a free combo too. Anyway, look's like Koromaru operates similar to Nirvana except he can be hit anytime, even when Ken is blocking. Pretty neat that the Koro super can be used midair too.

I was thinking AB are prob Ken normals, CD Kala-Nemi. Specials are Koro and Supers are Koro+Cerberus.

The article mentions Koromaru being used for speedy attacks and Ken for long reaching attacks. I can only conclude that Ken has a really good neutral game, but once you get in you rush them down with Koro.
