Heart Car is more punishable than ice car. Ice car is -7 on block for A version, -9 for B version, -12 for C version. Heart car is -24. It's in the frame data. Block. also, her dashing command grab has 24 frame startup, not terribly threatening outside of resets. i also don't see how that's related to her heartcar, it's not like the startup is ambiguous.

i'm still wondering why you think the arcade version and console versions of bbcs2 aren't bbcs2 because they only have the gameplay changes from cs1-cs2 the psp's side features are in no way definitive

it's a messy as fuck match, no doubt about that papaton is one reason i want a psp, especially since ah3 mighttt be region locked along with other upcoming ps3 games which would ruin my desire to get a ps3(plus, buying a psp+games is much more financially likely for me than ps3+gameS)

good job at having any reading comprehension whatsoever I never said sledge was noel's only problem in the match, only that I thought you should be aware of how to beat it since I heard that you complained about it a lot in netplay before. I realize noel is one of the worst in the game and doesn't have a DP. I don't need to be told basic shit about the game. I've read 20ish pages of the Noel Vs Tager thread. SPOILER ALERT: virtually nobody has a safe low-heat wakeup option after gadget, except for maybe 1-3 backdashes. that's the WHOLE POINT OF GADGET FINGER AND OKIZEMI IN GENERAL. It forces you to choose between jumping to beat ground grabs, attacking/blocking to beat AC, backdashing to beat certain anti-jump strikes, and, if your character has one(half the cast), dp which beats everything except blocking/gadget RC shenanigans. WOAHHH!! CHOICES??? GAY!!!!

don't talk about the matchup if you complain about sledge despite noel having an easy, rewarding answer to it why is gadget finger special to her at all? it's rock paper scissors for ANYONE who doesn't have a dp.

saying 5d doesn't beat sledge is like saying "inferno divider doesn't beat pokes when they're out of range" 5d beats sledge piss easy. 5d has invinc from frames 5-19. sledge has projectile invulnerability on frames 1-22, and has 3 attack frames starting on frame 19. the thing is, you shouldn't try to predict sledge. you just need to react to it, so that the invincibility lands when his attack comes out, and you punish the recovery. wham, sledge is shat on with huge damage. also wtf, gadget finger isn't especially effective against noel or something when compared to most of the cast. and lol @ asw conspiracy theories
