Xrd, system voice problems?

Hi,

 

Apologies if this was already addressed elsewhere, but I just got Xrd (NA digital copy) and purchased the I-No system voice. Upon returning to the game after the purchase, it showed that I have Faust's system voice. I double checked PSN, and it seems that i did purchase the correct thing (I-No system voice). I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and whether or not there is a fix. Thanks in advance

Well, that is unfortunate. Any idea if I-No simply got swapped with Faust or if I-No's system voice does not even exist for NA?

 

I also tried using NA PSN's live support:

David: Hello, My name is David how may I assist you today?
You: Hi, just ran into an issue with one of the DLC contents for Guilty Gear Xrd
You: The game just got released today, and it seems that other people are having the same issue 
You: One of the "system voices" in which you can purchase is providing the incorrect voice 
David: I'm really sorry to read that, I'll be more than happy to help you with this.
David: Could you please provide me with the following:
- First/Last Name
- Online ID (username)
- Sign In ID (email address)
You:xxxxxxx | xxxxxxx |xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
David: Thank you xxxxxxx. One moment while I access your account.
David: Could you please tell me why this is not the voice that should be provided to you?
You: well
You: when you install the system voice
You: instead of providing I-No's voice it gives faust's
David: I see.
David: In this case my best advise for you is to contact the developers of the game in order to see if they could provide you with a solution for this.

Is it I-no's system voice only that's having a problem? I downloaded Elphelt's and it works just fine.

Not sure. I downloaded Ramlethal's also and that one worked. Wonder if Faust's voice pack has I-No's.

Guillermo: According to the PlayStation User Agreement all sales are final, but I will be happy to submit a case to be reviewed for a loyal consumer. It will take around 3 to 5 business days and once approved the funds will go back to your wallet
Guillermo: Is your email address associated with your PSN account still valid?
Usted: yes, and may I say that I've been on some forums to find other people are having the same problem. The voice pack is the "I-No System Voice". Once you go into the game it's a different one.
Guillermo: I understand XXXX, can you please provide me with the online and sign in ID for your PSN account?

Guillermo: please allow me to get this request going for you.
Usted: sure thing, thanks.

Edit: Just realized mine was in spanish Lol. Not sure why, he was typing in english though xD

So I'm that nerd that bought all the system voices.  All of them work except I-no's.  I thought I was going crazy but it seems like everyone else is having difficulties.  I think we have a legit problem based on PSN rather than us individually.

Hmm I did buy all system voices and I remember having used Inos..... postpatch thing maybe? I'll go check if I still have her. yep just checked, still have her. I don't know what's up.

 

You bought them all though.  What's probably happened is I-No and... someone else (presumably Faust but can't say for certain), are just switched, so anyone who bought just THAT character (whoever it is) gets I-No instead.

Aye thats why it works for me, but one poster above you(@laban) has all and had the same issue as the rest. It's not universal, so I was pondering what it might be.

Hey guys, just a quick update on the PS3 and PS4 versions of the I-No and Faust system voices, they are currently swapped on the SEN Store, so for example, if you want to buy the PS3 I-No system voice, make sure to buy the PS3 "Faust" system voice instead, and vice versa.

Same for the PS4 versions of those 2 DLC.

Once the SEN Store updates on 1/13, that should be fixed. So you can buy them both as normal.

Okay, Sony was able to fix the PS3 and PS4 system voices for I-No and Faust on the SEN Store :)

So if you buy the I-No system voice you'll get I-No, and if you buy Faust, you'll get Faust~

(the master art images are still pending a change though haha)

For those of you that have already bought the DLC, Sony should be reaching out to you, so stay tuned!
