[CS2] Ragna vs Arakune

Recommended Posts

Gauntlet Hades! Gauntlet Hades! Gauntlet Hades! Tk-ed of coarse. This match-up looks to be the most agonizing for any character that has to risk getting hit by Arakune, especially with low health. Have fun and remember to clean up when your done beating on Arakune.

If you decide to burst early to stop him from building curse, for the love of all that is holy save 50 meter for if he gets curse. Arakune breaks primers like a champ and without the ability to counter assault out you will die, and you will die fast because it's Ragna.

In general, counter assault is really, really important in this matchup.

After getting destroyed by an Arakune multiple times today (although sorta laggy), I have to agree with you.

TK gauntlet hades is your number one friend in this match,

Also This may sound retarded as fucking hell, But surprise the arakune by running into his curse set up and get a free CH gauntlet hades. ._. I hadn't been fucked up for it. yet

Don't let him keep spitting on you. TK GH avoids his 2D, if he chooses to do it repeatedly thinking he can get away with it, make him change his mind. You can barrier guard both hits of the 2D and if he does another, you can still TK GH in time and hit him. He can block it if he didn't spit a 2nd time though so be careful about it.

If you land a hit when you're cursed, like a ID or something, make the combo last as long as possible.

Try to keep some meter reserved for counter assaults in case something goes wrong and you get cursed.

If you block a dive, punish with dash 5A into combo.
