Cross Compatible Region DLC?

I can't find forums here for nothing, so this seemed the best place to ask about this. I bought CP early from JPN and have terumi already. Is DLC compatible with the other versions of this game?

As far as I know, DLC is region locked. You would have to buy (or use the code which comes with the NA version) Terumi again to use him. The same would go for any other DLC.
