16 entrants is an even bracket, it's pretty basic thing. That's why I asked about the date, I'd rather people try to talk and plan so they don't overlap. Token's tourney looks to be cancelled anyways.

Ah I see, still trying to get the hang of this, so much thanks sir.^_^ And sorry I never knew didn't want it to be too small or too huge since this is apart of a series, plus I wanted to see if this board was still active since a friend of mine wanted to me host a big tournament for this game like the ones I hold for BBCP for prizes and this is a great indication of big things to come.^_^
