UNIST Changes and Observation Notes
  •  You no longer have to press the 6 direction for the followup of Nanase’s 236X specials. Chasing the Rêvé (236A/B/C) follow-ups can be done by pressing buttons only. Ex: 236A > 6A is now 236A > A
  • IC j.2C added. Bounds. Seems to be hella plus on block, + even if shielded. Big hitbox. CH Hitstun enormous
  • Her vorpal trait is being able to use her Force Function twice in the air
  • B Ange (214B) has a really fast start-up now
  • 214C has more hitstun
  • j.236C homes in on the opponent to a point

For the most part, those are correct, but here's some stuff you missed:

She has a j.B~B, looks almost like the first j.B hit.

She has a 3C, does a handstand and donkey kicks up in the air. Launches on ground hit

j.2C causes a hard knockdown on air hit, combos into projectiles

She has a j.8C, looks like j.2C but upward
236X followups are not an additional 236 motion, but rather just a 6+Button
She does not have a C version of her projectile normally. The one that goes down and across the floor is just B. C is the EXS version in which a big gust of wind goes down and across the screen.
You can OTG after 66C, on regular hit, but not 66B.

I think those are the only other corrections/tweets you missed though.

I'll add those in, I tried to exclude the "errors" with the "fix" tweets you had. At one point I confused myself and started over lol.

So my character choice depends on who between Nanase or Hyde is the better character. After reading the notes above I have two questions about Nanase

1.)I guess this is more a system question, is the projectile TKable? Is there a height restriction on it?

2.)On the "best" combo that you found so far Urichinan what is the damage like so far? Are we looking at high damage yet?

Her standing A is huge, how slow is it compared to the rest of the cast? Dunno if someone tried it out at EVO though.

Anyone got real meterless combos? I'm doing 2B 5B 2C 5C j.[C] j.BB j.2C 2C 214B~B for 2.6k.

 

EDIT: Okay, 2B 5B 5C 2C 236B~C j.[C] j.BB j.2C 2C 3C j.2C j.236B.

Damn, after trying her out I gotta say she feels super fluid. 

Will fiddle around more with her, and then see if I get serious about that girl.

Changed what I saw from my main post to prevent future confusion, Im at work right now so just let me know if theres anything else Im forgetting. I imagine the main post will start to go under heavy revision after we have more time invested in the character.

Yeah, I plan on going back and linking to whatever post the community members are maintaing videos and combos in at some point this weekend as things flesh out. Probably Sunday because I will be in NYC tomorrow and Saturday for TSB.

I'm playing a lot online with her, and if you land 214C you can go straight into 236B~6C for combo. It's pretty good.

 

EDIT: Oki mixups. after j.236B oki, do dash attacks or 6D overheads and laugh as you 50/50 them safely. You can return to neutral because projectile covers your recovery.

Tested out some things with B+C

 

You can use B+C to jump cancel blocked normal. You can do things like C>B+C>j.236B or j.6D to throw fireball or dash in for mixup. Not sure if its actually useful or not though, still need to test this out more.

 

In combos you can use B+C to get multiple jump cancels. A example would be 2B>2C>3C>6B+C>j.5B>j.5C>j.2C>6B+C>j.5B>j.5C>j.2C>3C>jc>j.2C> fireball setup or fireball super. Combo does like 2500 w/o super and 2800 with super. Someone can prob find a better combo, this is the best I can do for now.

 

 

Not sure if the things above are actually useful, just some things I found.

Very interesting. I was expecting her force function to be useful for combos but the jump cancel properties on block are a very interesting surprise. Fireball oki setups sound very nice too.

 

Also, let me know if you guys want to use my post after the OP for anything, I can edit things into there no problem. I was sort of hoping to use it as a makeshift Nanase Video post when videos start coming in.
