Adding this disconnect rule: "If player disconnects 1st time, 1 round loss. If they d/c twice set loss."

Probably not gonna return with another tournament but we'll see.

I would guess US, based on the timezones OP gave. Maybe I should make a format for posting online events to help more easily identify them...

I was gonna say worldwide but that depends on the person's connection with US players. I've had a few people from EU ask about being able to join.
