#R Zappa?

Since the only version of Guilty Gear I can play is Reloaded because it's the only system I have to play Guilty Gear on, and all the information on here is for Accent Core, and I'm assuming Zappa's different in the current version, I'd like some advice/combos for #R Zappa. If he's pretty much the same (which I don't know) I'll just read the stickies, but I don't know what's different.

Was the ghost inf corner blockstring XX or #r?

I don't know in XX, but it's definitely doable in #R.

The ghost got improved rather greatly in Slash. In #R it's not bad, but you can't really win matches with it. Much like Faust's pogo stance, in #R it's really nothing special, but it's a beast in Slash.

Wait, yeah, I think in #r it was a block string, but in XX it was a loop. lol

XX was the loop for the 2HS with the ghosts. That was all sorts of lol. I hardly remember anything from #R and that was when I was at my best. The vids up top will probably be your best bet.

Is there any way to control what summon you get (besides the lightning guy that rapes everything when you get 10 or so soul ball things)?

I believe the timer trick started working in #R. Digit on the timer controls what summon you will get, #1 for dog, #2 for sword, #3 for ghosts. #anything else will be random.

Given the way you described Raoh, you have a lot of learning ahead of you.

timer trick doesn't seem to work. unless I'm doing it wrong?

My experience in this game is limited to the CPUs and my friend who is worse at the game than I am.

So yeah, no argument there.
