BBCSE coming to PC next month (one step closer to CP?)

Recommended Posts

Ported by H2 Interactive, the same people who published CT on Steam. ASW said previously that if CT performed good, they would keep pursuing to publish games on Steam. I think this is a great sign, given that it would be the first port of an ASW game since 2010. This is not just republishing an existing PC game, actual work is being made into bringing this one to PC. Price TBA.

Honestly, just need CP and Xrd and I'll be so happy.

I started a petition a while ago in steam. I'm glad they are taking notice of the market at least.

Well, yeah, one step closer to PC ports of ASW's latest titles, at least its the Extend version of CS. Hope they have everything included (that also means the DLC Announcers too in-game and not purchaseable), but we'll see how it goes soon enough.

Huh, we might actually get a sequel to this after all:

Yeah this is the main reason I'm hype for PC CSE. Really hoping vigscpa does something new when it comes out.

Well that's a cool surprise. I'm not particularly interesting in buying CSE again, but it's still good news.

And this tweet seems to imply there's more to come. +R please.

If CP does get confirmed for steam, what's the chances we'll finally get to see CP hitboxes and absolutely certain frame data?

Don't get your hope too high for CP... If H2 Interactive releases CSEX on Steam, it probably means it doesn't cost much to do it. CP is *probably* another story.

Also, getting framedata for CP is good and all, but CP2 is coming soon, so what's the point?

The lobbies seem pretty hard to implement, but even then only player room and ranked would be more than enough.

But I'm just so happy for the return of the strongest Ragna version!

Well, truthfully, there isn't any meaningful system requirements style differences between CT and...heck, even CP.  They're still rendering the same amount of stuff on screen, the same sprites, etc.  There's no reason the sysreqs would change.

That said, more info would be nice. :P

I actually think I may want to buy this and play it again! rather than playing CP more on the ps3 when Cp2 is out.

I play the hell out of CS2 on my 3DS and never purchased CSE, as CP was my first BlazBlue title. Whenever I get a new laptop, I may get one that can play Steam games without too much lag and that won't make the fan go loud when I play them.
