In a little over 3 hours (2 PM PST), the U.S. Qualifiers for BlazBlue Revolution will be live, and you can watch it being streamed by Level|Up! Note that the main event (the 3v3 tournament) will not start until 5 PM PST, so you can enjoy watching some pre-tourney (and post-tourney) events until then.

In less than a week, several of the continent's best BlazBlue players will gather and fight it out to determine which 3-person team will win a free trip to Japan as the U.S. representative for their BlazBlue Revolution national tourney in March. Hosted at Super Arcade in sunny Southern California and broadcasted by Level|Up, the qualifiers will have players not only from SoCal, but from NorCal, Pacific NorthWest, Texas, NorthEast, and Canada as well.

Entry is FREE, and there is no venue fee, so if you can scrap up a 3-man team (along with a passport for the 3v3 tourney), you too can have a shot at that trip to Japan! Competition is expected to be fierce, but don't worry; there are other events on the same day for you to play in with prizes to be distributed by Hori.

Check out the main site or info thread for the details.

After its first North American unveiling at NorthWest Majors, Aksys Games will continue its nation-wide tour this December as they travel to Philadelphia, PA for North East Championships on December 3-4 and Irvine, CA for Southern California Regionals on December 17-18 to give us more preview play time with the console version of BlazBlue Continuum Shift: Extend before it gets released worldwide.

Not only will both majors have BBCSE playable, Aksys Games will also throw in a $1000 pot bonus money for each major's respective BBCS2 tournament, so the stakes are raised for the last CS2 majors of the year. So come out and support the tourneys if you can, or stream monster it up!

For those of you who don't know yet, Toshimitchi Mori will be at Revelations to check out the festivities and sign autographs. Mori is the lead producer of the BlazBlue series over at ArcSys Works, which should give you some hints on other projects he may have been involved with.

Luckily for us, thanks to our not-so-secret connections, we will be able to interview Mori sometime during the event just for you guys here at Dustloop. While we may have some questions of our own, we feel that the community itself should have the chance to call some shots as well, so we're asking you guys to submit some questions for Mori in this thread between now and Revelations. The interview will of course be posted up on Dustloop sometime after Revelations.
