Yeah, it has been quite some time. You were out last week right?
possible but not probable, have work to finish for monday
yeah, whenever it gets here. buttons is one thing but not sure i'd want to bother with the pcb. I mean, buttons are generally easy to snap in and out, but the pcb is a little bit of a different story I think. if I end up not wanting it, I might see if anyone wants to use it. Basically pay $20 to get a new panel and move parts from old stick or spend like $40 to just make it a good stick again by itself.
also it's a solid metal panel that needs to be replaced. it would be replaced with an acrylic panel.
which, could replace that with a full acrylic panel, it looks like, but not sure if you can do that and also get art, though it's only like $20ish. need to replace the washers/shaft cover/balltop, and the main joystick mechanism (though I could replace just the bent part, but I honestly wouldn't trust it, so the whole thing would probably be like $20). So probably $50ish + $10-20 shipping I guess. so, I dunno. Figured I would get a new one. but I'll have to see how it turns out.
Could replace that. But the metal plate is also a bit bent.
Hmm. Not sure what I am going to do yet. if I get a new stick and I just don't like it, can't get used to it, I might have to deal more with trying to fix the old one.
you know, the tournament edition is humongous. I think I like that.
Was your stick modded in any way?
bit of an inconvenience.. no real play or practice until my new one gets here. gives me a reason to play the story mode...
Yeah, we'll play some mirrors. I still just mess up a lot more than I would like though.
