Terribly sorry. Forgot to inform you, I cancelled my pre-order from Nin-Nin. Apologies for not letting you know, been caught up in all sorts as of late ;_;
I can say though, it took almost 1-2 weeks to get a reply from them to ask if they could cancel it though. I had some card expiring issues
If you've been charged you should still be fine to cancel your order at no cost as long as it is before 7 days of the item release date. As is stated in their Terms and Conditions if you have any concerns. Also, if you want to try and contact someone directly I could dig up the email address I got from them if you wish?

Got an E-mail earlier on as well. They've told me everything should be sorted now. It seems if we want somebody to talk to on that website, E-mail the webmaster in future.
Btw I noticed when I checked my emails spam box this morning, I got these titled e-mail "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" for all the messages I made on more order details. I have a feeling it isn't getting through to them. All 7 messages I made. Hopefully the ones I sent to the webmaster can be forwarded to someone who can contact us. But I thought I'd let you know to check your spam box if you can't find any form of message from Nin-Nin so far.
I really wish they would have a clear e-mail address to talk to someone. They have a FaceBook but I hate that website with passion that I dare not use it xD Sadly I feel like I may have to dirty my virtual hands and make an account just to get some straight answers.
Nonetheless I thought it best to keep you updated from my EXP so far.
It wasn't clear to me either on where to contact someone.
So I sent messages to them via the "Contact Us" section at the very bottom of the webpage. There I sent a message to the Web Master hoping he can forward it or do something about it.
I also sent messages using the option where you click "Details" on your order which you find in the "My Orders" section, there's a little message box at the bottom of the details that you can type what you want about the product you are ordering.
I didn't check my emails to see if they had any form of contacting them through the order that went through, but from what I gathered on that website, they don't have a clear method to get in touch with someone. If I discover any problems that may also occur for you from my experience, I'll be sure to drop you a message to keep you informed.
