He's not really scary contrary to popular belief.
Useful fact #1:
Led Ley: 37 frames in total (Equal to a whiffed 360B), the first 33 of them are totally invulnerable, Relius players I've seen so far like using this after Gadget Finger. Use 4D on reaction to seeing it due to 4D's long active time, hopefully you'll catch one of the 4 CH frames the move has.
This move isn't throw invincible so it's pretty dangerous for him to do at close range vs Tager.
Against a player that like to do this after GF, just do : 5A~5B~BC~C (C can be replaced by any other move), input it fast and it will either do an ABC string on block or if the Relius does Led Ley, 5A will whiff and you'll get a counter hit throw (5B won't come out as 5A animation won't be finished).
The BC throw can be replaced by a 360B but the OS is harder that way, on block you might get A > B > hjC if you're not fast enough.
More useful facts:
Relius' air moves are great jump in moves, but they're really crap at air to air with little horizontal reach and only Id lauger to hit above Relius (Which has awful recovery). It's also difficult for him to attack air to air on reaction with Ignis. So stuff his jump in shit with a little j.A or j.B.
He can only jump cancel his 3C if you're blocking. Since his 3C is bad on block expect him to do so, particularly if he has Ignis to cover the jump. A 2C here and there works wonders.

Do not be tempted to sledge into his Ignis Spam DD
WHY do Tagers think this is a good idea, there's absolutely nothing stopped Relius from walking up and 5Bing you while you're stuck in it.
Another key note: Ignis does not take damage from you, unlike Nirvana. So don't risk yourself or the sake of "hurting" Ignis because it doesn't actually achieve much.
