I can't get that second 236D to hit. Not without going black beat anyway.
Edit: I recorded my attempts but can't find any of the cords associated with my camera. Lame.
Edit: 2D > d.28D >wait> 6C > 5D > d.236D > 6C > 5D > d.5B > d.6B > d.5C > d.236D works. 4669 damage. I'll try and record it for when I find the cords. If you don't delay slightly on d.6C > d.236D you only get one hit on d.236D which ends up as 4564 damage. Successfully recorded 1-hit and 2-hit. Just need the damn cords.

Uh, isn't this the normal bloom loop in the corner starting with 2d? It works on many characters and can be started from 6a also.
Probably, I was just going off of what dragontamer was doing.
*looks for the aforementioned corner BT loop*
Edit: I see mention of similar combos but nothing like "Oh btw this is the Bloom Trigger loop" so I probably missed it. Good info is buried in 100-post threads, this is terrible.

Litchi's blockstrings are really good. I think, that I just need to learn more about them, and figure out their openings. That's what I did with Ragna basically, and I haven't had too much problem since.
Noel doesn't have a USEFUL reversal (I'm looking at you arcsys), so it's really important to know any openings that your opponents give you, seeing as how you can't make them for yourself very easily.
I usually don't have a problem fighting Litchi, unless the guy is good. When that happens, I often have trouble landing solid meaningful combos. I get the feeling that Litchi players are pretty well accustomed to Noel's weight. I hardly ever play against her :/
What's always key for me, is knowing how to start up my combos. Because once you've got things going, things tend to keep going in your favour. I like playing mindgames with my opponents to screw up their block, but it's hard to keep Litchi under pressure with Noel since, well... I think we know what I mean.
If anyone has tips that are along these lines, that'd be great for me.
Also with Noel, it's always favourable to have your opponent on the ground in my opinion. Any tips for keeping Litchi nailed to the floor?
