What is coming in the new version:
- At least 2 New Characters. Tsubaki and Hazama are confirmed.
- Aksys has hinted there may be one more new character.
- Stages have been redone.
- Many System changes.
- All existing characters receive new moves.
- New Beginners mode in the Arcade version, allows for easy specials and combos.

System Changes at a glance:
- Guard Libra replaced with a new Guard Primer system.
- Burst system overhauled, no more Danger from bursting and you can stock up to 2 bursts at once.
- All Characters have an Astral Heat. You can perform an Astral Heat now as long as you only need 1 round to win. You must have 100% meter and a burst ready to use it!

After graduating from the Military Academy, she took an active role as the First Lieutenant of a squad known as the 0th Division. Following the events of the previous game, she travels to the story's stage, the city of "Kagutsuchi", to assassinate Jin and her former classmate Noel for deserting the organization.

An officer attached to the NOL's intelligence department. His rank is captain, and the name "Hazama" is an alias. When Jin Kisaragi set out for "Kagatsuchi" alone, he was put in charge of the case and worked with Noel, but on the eve of Ragna the Bloodedge's terrorist bombing, began acting towards a different goal. Because of his constantly smiling expression and carefree demeanor, it's impossible to get a read on him. He's very talkative, though he has humble manners. He dislikes hassles and combat, and the completion of the mission is always his top priority.

When is this shit coming out?
- Expected Release Date for Japanese Arcades is 11/20!
- NOBODY KNOWS IF THE CONSOLE VERSION WILL BE DLC OR A RETAIL RELEASE AND NOBODY KNOWS HOW MUCH IT WILL COST

- There will be no domestic Arcade release but there may be an English language setting included.

A few days have passed since the reported raid by "Ragna the Bloodedge", the SS-class Librarium traitor with the highest bounty in history, alias "Grim Reaper". The 13th Hierarchical City "Kagutsuchi" forgets to celebrate New Years, as his alleged involvement in the "Mysterious Bombing" and "Huge Pentacle Sightings" becomes the talk of the town.

With the Novus Orbis Librarium offering no official explanation, the citizens voice their own theories, exaggerating and spreading rumors like wildfire. The name "Ragna the Bloodedge" is engraved in the minds of the people.

Completely indifferent to the state of the city, the silver-haired Grim Reaper grips his massive sword and quietly bides his time—waiting for the chance to achieve his true objective.

And then, the enormous "power" that has ensnared the "Grim Reaper" begins to activate...

What do you guys think multi-hit entails? Easier rapid cancels? Free heat for your opponent to IB?

I don't really see the advantage of multi-hit...

I was thinking it probably either meant she had moves that hit many times, or she has lots of multi-part rekka moves.

Rekka? Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with the term.

And scratch that, I figured out a few ways that it could help. Multi-hit moves tend to beat Back dashing, and are overall very strong on wakeup. So I guess we can expect a good wakeup game from her?
