How do I unlock Mu?
Play through story mode and complete the true end. To reach the true end, you must get the true endings for Ragna, Jin, Noel, Rachel, Hakumen, Tsubaki, and Hazama. You can also buy the unlock code from the PSN/XBL online store. Mu is not playable in Arcade/Story/Legion mode.

How do I unlock Unlimited Modes of characters?
You must beat score attack mode with each character. So you get to use Unlimited Jin by beating Score Attack Mode with Jin, Unlimited Tager by beating Score Attack with Tager, etc. You can also buy the unlock code from the PSN/XBL online store.

Can I import the game and have it work on my PS3 or XBox360?
The PS3 version is not region locked. The XBox360 version is region locked. Also note that if you import, you will have to buy DLC from that region's online store. Ex: buying a japanese PS3 version of the game means you will need to use the japanese PSN store to buy DLC.

I heard rumor of a rebalance. What's that about?
At Fanime, Toshimichi Mori (guy in charge of BlazBlue) said that there would be a rebalance 6 months after the console release. This rebalance would also apply to arcade versions (including the DLC characters).

Will this patch "fix" the netcode?
Only ArcSys knows, and they're not talking.

What is BB:CS II?
BBCS II has been announced for arcades and will include balance changes as well as all the console exclusive characters. It will be released in japanese arcades in December. No news on how this rebalance will come to consoles (patch? new disc?).

How will the DLC Characters work?
Once they are available, you can buy them to use them. If you do not buy them, you can still fight against the DLC character online for free, but you wont be able to use them offline at all. You also get that character's challenge mode and unlimited modes, as well as all of their color options (no need to play through score attack or buy the unlock for this!). Like Mu, they're not playable in Arcade/Story/Legion mode.

Who are the DLC Characters?
Makoto was released at the beginning of August, Valkenhyn was announced (no release date yet), and it is all but confirmed that Platinum the Trinity will be the 3rd character.

Are DLC characters banned from tournaments?
This is up to the Tournament Organizer. It's typically accepted that they'll be allowed.

Which DLC Color Pack contains the Guilty Gear tributes? Who's who?
Color Pack #2. It's the fourth/last in this set for each character.

Can NA players play against Japanese players?
You'll need to have the same version of the game. Most recent version is currently v1.01.

Is it possible to cancel a Ranked Match once it's started?
Nope.

Is there a rematch option?
Nope.

How do I unlock new episodes of Teach Me, Miss Litchi! <RELOADED>?
These are unlocked by completing certain story mode paths and watching preceding episodes.

What is Black Beat/Blue Beat/Red Beat/etc.?
Red Beat refers to a valid combo - the number counting the combo's hits is Red. Blue Beat (known as Black Beat in Guilty Gear) refers to an invalid combo - the number is Blue, and there's a marker below it indicating at which hit the combo could have been teched out of.

What does PSR mean? How is it determine?
PSR = Player Skill Ranking. We have no idea what it means or how it's determined.

Can you unlock character or vocal themes?
No, except for DLC character themes, which are given to you when the DLC character is purchased.

If I download the Japanese version DLC to my to my console, can I then use that DLC on an American account on the same console?
XBox 360: Definitely yes.
PS3: Unconfirmed yes.

Is it possible to bind more than one button to a function? Like i am trying to bind drive to both a and right bumper but every time i try one replaces the other. Please tell me this is possible cause i need it for carl.

u can't bind it to 2 buttons, but there's a button config option on character select screen so u can switch which button it is before every fight.

Try re downloading it if possible (I only know 360 can do this).

Unfortunately I think it's an issue with xbox. Despite buying the colors and Makoto on my personal xbox, on my own hard drive, I can't use her or color packs 2 & 3 if I'm offline.

Wish I could help as this is a very unnecassary issue for anyone to deal with.
