I got a small story from this.
In the CT days, I was watching Dora vs. Souji (AR) sets on nicovid. It was soooo bad. Dora was bursting before a D move could possibly hit him and CT bursting...yeah...he could never lose momentum in order to stand a chance.
The relevancy? Dora busted out FRKZ one round and showed most of the world repeated 6A for the first time as a pressure string. He pulled the win out of his ass...and ya know the flying comments on Nico right? Typed out was this: THATS THAT NEW SHIT SON!!!!!!
IMO i'd rather use my 50 Heat for Ashura, rather than on FRKZ.
But ya'know, thats just me.

FRKZ is LIFE.

Umbrella is really bad outside of very rarely, in very rare matchups as the hardest call out
And Ashura is just really strong. I wouldn't say it should be "I'd rather use Ashura than FRKZ" though.. should be based on matchup. If you don't FRKZ against Tager, or as a "one chance comeback mechanic" in any matchup, I think you are making a terrible choice.

cant get punished for frkz
if theyre blocking you can either mixup or run away if you think theyre going to dp
if theyre in attack animation you can easily punish
either way in a situation where both frkz and ashura work, frkz gets you more damage + killer mixups after youre done
I'm surprised there's no talk about Daifunka.
Then again, its used as combo filler, and doesn't have many outside uses.
