Guts
Every character shares a guts value, which reduces the damage taken as your character passes certain health thresholds.
These values are tentative. Testing is currently underway to verify the exact values
- 100~96% -> Full damage is taken
- 95~51% -> 83% damage is taken
- 50~15% -> 67% damage is taken
- 14~1% -> 61% damage is taken
Jump Startup
Jump Startup is the animation after the jump input before the character becomes airborne. It is also known as prejump.
Jagi and Toki both have standard 4 frames of jump startup, during which they count as grounded. Visually, however, they appear to be airborne and have retracted hurtboxes from frame 1.
