In the original RPG game's story, Yukiko Amagi is the last of the Investigation Team's second-year members and the heiress to the generations-old Amagi Inn, Yukiko is a smart, beautiful, yet rather socially awkward girl. While initially introduced as a prim-and-proper lady, it becomes quickly apparent that Yukiko has a somewhat bizarre sense of humor and thinking. She was the third person thrown into the Midnight Channel, with her Shadow impersinating her on TV. When Yu Narukami, Yosuke Hanamura, Chie Satonaka and Teddie came to save her, she came to accept her Shadow Self, gains her Persona, Konohana SakuyaGuardAllStartup17Recovery29Advantage-15, and joins the Investigation Team and investigates Inaba's kidnapping and murders along with Kanji Tatsumi, Rise Kujikawa and Naoto Shirogane.

In BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, she is one of the many characters summoned to the Phantom Field to take part of the Cross Tag Battle tournament, because Persona 4 simply can never be milked enough.
