Justice is banned in tournament play, and most online lobbies will not enable her. She is universally agreed to be overpowered beyond the point of reasonable balance, and this is by design.

You will likely not find any matches of her being played in GGAC outside of TAS videos. If you are looking to play Justice beyond goofing off, check out her incarnation in +R instead.
