If you want to specify origin point, it's probably best to change the wording to make that less ambiguous. Anji doesn't originate from the XX series, and Jack-O' originating from Xrd series implies she was in SIGN, which is incorrect. Also the REVELATOR page used last appearance for all returning characters until I edited it today in response to the edits here, which is why that was used up until now.
