===Tier List===
The Japanese wiki says there is no tier list while mentioning that any character can win and emphasizing that there is alot a player can do to optimize their characters.

Guilty Gear 2 -Overture- is the fourth game in the Guilty Gear franchise, and the first non-fighting game to have been made in the series. It plays like an arena fighter/real-time strategy hybrid, putting an emphasis on proper tactics and meaningful engagements during play. It initially released as an Xbox 360 exclusive in 2007, but was ported to PC in 2016. It's also the first game in the series to ever get an English dub.
