Jin Kisaragi is one of the protagonists of BlazBlue, presented as a foil to his brother 
Ragna the Bloodedge. Jin's gameplay is generally considered to be the closest character that BlazBlue has to the shoto Short for "Shotokan" A character archetype defined by being similar in some way to Ryu from Street Fighter.
