A template that checks whether the version in the text is newer than the latest major balance update (1.18 at the time of writing). Useful for ensuring that the info is up to date, and seeing at a glance when it isn't
Example usage:

{{GGST-VersionCheck|1.18}} => 1.18
{{GGST-VersionCheck|1.22}} => 1.22
{{GGST-VersionCheck|}} => ??
{{GGST-VersionCheck|2.03}} => version 2.03 is not yet released!? Complain at your local wiki editor! Also do note, this versions GAME version that you find in steam patch notes, NOT the battle version you see shown under the timer in replays and combos
