You guys are definitely hella exaggerating.
Raven has always been an edgy pretty boy, the only thing that's changed is the art style. This paranoid insecurity about GG "becoming anime" has gotten so ridiculous lmao.

Don't you think it would be suspicious if he wasn't on the poll? Like, literally every playable character in all the canon GG games is on there except for one dude, that's going to raise some eyebrows for sure.

The reason why Raven and other characters like him did so poorly is because their only playable appearance was in Overture. If they had prior appearances in fighting games like the others they would have done much much better. It's easy to tell when you want a fighting game vet back because you know their playstyle, but when they've only been in a spinoff (albeit a canon one) it's not so easy to tell, and all you can go off is what might be (based on Pachi's notes) or how you like their character/personality.

I kind of wonder if Izanami's disturbing anatomy is on purpose and that's why she's been wearing those mikado robes for so long (aside from the obvious, anyway). Would make sense considering it's an imperfect one.

Forgive me if this comes off as backseat moderating, but I think like the past 5 (at least) pages have been nothing but people asking when Dizzy is coming. I swear, ALL OF YALL better be maining this character to the 100%.

I took that to be more like a rekka character, like Karin or 96 Kyo. I don't think Xrd has a flat out rekka character because Chipp's is completely linear.

You realize what you're saying also works against you, right? Since you are not playing yourself, how do you know Nine is too strong? You don't, and if she is as strong as you say then why do I not see her more? Why is everyone not dropping their character for her? No doubt she's extremely strong but you specifically called her overpowered, which is a knee jerk reaction to a character who is not even a month old.
