For now, its only on the US and HK (Eng/Ch/Kr ver.) PSN stores that have the AM DLC packs. Its also listed on the JP PSN store for its Vita ver., but its listed as "unavailable" (cannot purchase), though due to it is being 1.Cross-buy, and 2.Most likely only in the Alter Memory LE's (Only as a DLC voucher, since there's still no way to actually purchase the DLC's there on the JP PSN), so yeah, that's probably the only way to get them, since we know DLC is region coded anyways.

Yeah, but unless you rather want the [?] random select square off, it would make it symettrical to have her on the Char. Select sceen, that, or a seperate mode just to play as her for lols, its been done before in a different fighter though, but the idea of playing a broken boss character with limited moves (in some way) doesn't feel right at home (more or less), that, or rather Ragnarok instead...eh, scratch that. But the options would be nice if that would have happened. o.O? Well, if anything like how BB:CP was back in its early days of pre-ordering in the US, I would think AH3:LM on amazon there is (possibly) legit too, But yeah, placeholders and all, we'll wait from them when they'll put a press release up. Other than that, the fact that its coming out at $40 kinda clenches it for me a little bit since the Original (albeit only Digital in the US) was $30, but hey, at least a hard copy for those that need it. And updates to the game as well. Oh, and I'd be surprised that there would be the Vita release later down the line, like they're doing for CP here too (at least overseas).

Probably not, as DLC for PS3 is region coded/locked/etc. But there are a few exceptions to certain games, but probably not for this one.

How should I know, it be best to ask Aksys/ASW for something like this. I mean, it shoudn't be that hard to translate terms, lore, and stuff. I just hope this isn't a typo or anything, but prepare to get kinda upset, from the press release for the launch of the US version (Either on Aksys main site page or the Official US BB:CP site under news.), somewhere it says...Yuuki Terumi will be available on May 27, 2014. So yeah, I dunno what to think about that. And buyers/customers getting the Terumi DLC in retail copies if you're lucky to find the game with it (though says a sticker that mentions Free "Terumi" DLC). >_>

Yes, 7-16 are unlockable, 17-21 are purchase-able DLC, 22->? are the promo DLC from the Mags and the Alter Memory LE (in the JP release). (Which the US version might get the Promo color DLC as purchase-able down the line.) Also, seems the US release might have omitted the "Library Mode", or something. >_> (I've read its supposed to be there at the start in the JP release, and you unlock stuff from it from playing the story, or something. Since its supposed to be a Glossary for the BB lore and stuff.)

I've read somewhere that they won't, but I'm unsure of that yet. If you mean for the US release, Aksys mentioned the DLC will be coming next week, 4/1, including Kokonoe, so yeah, and hope its not an AF joke. >_>

Both, an Aksys employee that commented on the PS blog in one of the BB:CP articles did mention it'll be both Retail/Digital day 1. Edit: Speaking of, this weeks PS+ article shows a mention for the BB:CP Digital version price sale for this, showing that it'll cost $45 without plus and $40.49 with plus. Which, would possibly be up by 2-morrows PSN update.
