How are you guys feeling about changes to spindle spinner? Are you guys finding more use to it?

hey guys, im still a pretty new player but really studying hard. Ive really been practicing hard with my hazama and relius. Im having trouble understanding hazamas j.c loops. is there a weird timing to it? do i have to change the timing depending on the combo im using? can someone explain this a little better to me please?
